The Abecassis family has set up an admirable collection of estates producing exceptional Cognacs.

With 370 hectares of vineyards, Domaines Francis Abécassis is one of the largest land owner within the Cognac appellation. Each estate is located on a privileged site, particularly well exposed to the sun and perfectly orientated. The chalky soils, -Champagne type-, are keys to provide «eaux-de-vie» with elegance and excellent ageing potential.

«We are convinced that blending eaux-de-vie coming from exceptional estates gives our Cognac an unmistakable character and strength. Deeply attached to the terroir, we have decided to produce distinct cognacs based on their origins. Our philosophy is therefore summed up in the expression « Single Estate Cognac ».
